New Feature: Load Content Easily from a Previous Gmail Email Campaign

I just launched a GMass enhancement that I’ve been needing for my own purposes for a while — the ability to easily load a Subject and Message into the Gmail Compose window from a previous mail merge campaign, without having to copy/paste.

Choose Your Content

In the GMass Settings box, you’ll notice a new “Load Content” dropdown. All of your past campaigns will appear here. Just choose one, and watch the magic happen. The Subject/Message will be filled out for you.

The Subject/Message have been pulled from a previous email campaign.
In this example, I’m loading the content from the last GMass feature announcement, regarding CSV reports. The content is pulled straight from your own Gmail account. Note that a couple weeks ago, GMass started saving all of your sent email campaigns under the “Sent Copies” Label under “GMass Reports”. When you choose an old campaign from this dropdown, the content is pulled from that “Sent Copies” area.
Don’t see the “Load Content” dropdown?
Just reload Gmail in Chrome and GMass will be automatically updated.
Ready to send better emails and save a ton of time?

GMass is the only tool for marketing emails, cold emails, and mail merge — all inside Gmail. Tons of power but easy to learn and use.

  1. Hi Even after performing this task i still get that somelinks are already click-tracked.How to fix it?

  2. I really like this feature, but what would make it even more powerful is if it loaded my prior email that I sent… With the auto-replies I had set up with that campaign. Right now I have to rewrite my auto-replies again.

  3. How can I remove some of the emails from the dropdown? There are so many. Even if I send them to the trash, they still appear in the load content dropdown in gmass settings.

        1. Hi Jennifer,

At this time, no. Ther dropdown’s list is automatically populated by campaigns that have been sent through GMass which is in order from the most recent campaign sent.

  4. When I go to load content (I’ve done many times) a new problem came up.

Subject line says: “Unable to load content. The original message may have been deleted” and the body text of the email says, “Access to the path ‘c:\UserImages\29511\Best Online Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Degrees.png’ is denied.”

It has the same problem with every old content I try to load.

  5. Is it possible to remove the mails from the drop down list? I don’t want all the past sent mails to show up. It is too cluttered.

  6. Load Content is a great feature, However as the list grows larger it takes too long to load. I mean really tool long.

    Am I doing something wrong?

such strategies to your won blog.

  9. Why people still use to read news papers when in this technological globe the whole thing is existing on web?

  10. Wow, superb blog layout! How long have you been blogging for?

you made blogging look easy. The overall look of your website
is magnificent, let alone the content!

  11. I am curious to find out what blog platform you happen to be utilizing?
I’m experiencing some minor security issues with my latest site and I’d like to find
something more safe. Do you have any recommendations?

  12. I’m hoping to declutter my gmass as well. Has this been developed yet? as per Vishal Marwah comment below…
